SERVICE PROJECTS

Key Club Sponsorships

Our Kiwanis club supports Key Club, and Circle-K Club service projects, facilitate the Key Club, and Circle-K Club meetings, provide mentorships and provide scholarships for the Key Club, and Circle-K Club students.

The Kiwanis Club of Cypress supports four Key Clubs, and one Circle-K Club. Each club plans and participates in community service projects, conducts Key Club, and Circle-K Club meetings, mentors other students and learns valuable leadership skills.

The Kiwanis Club of Cypress is proud of its Key Clubs, and Circle-K Club which inspire through their shining service and give everyone faith that the future of this nation is in good hands. The Kiwanis Club of Cypress is currently sponsoring the following Kiwanis Key and Circle-K clubs:

Cypress High School Los Alamitos High School
Oxford Academy Magnolia High School
Cypress College

Key Club College and Circle-K Scholarships

Our Kiwanis club raises funds for Key Club college, and Circle-K scholarships every year through a pancake breakfasts event, Summer Concerts on the Green concert series, etc.

Our annual scholarship awards presentation is held each Spring. In 2019 The Kiwanis Club of Cypress (KCC) presented $6000.00 worth of scholarship funds to outstanding graduates who were eligible, many from the Anaheim Union High School District, to outstanding college students at Cypress College. The KCC scholarship foundation is supported with personal contributions, business donations, estate gifts from our members and several of our fund raising activities. The KCC Foundation, over the past 50 plus years, has awarded nearly $100,000.00 in scholarship funds to over several hundreds students. The KCC Foundation is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation, founded in December 1950.
